The current owner of this 1929 "Cat" Four Drive Tractor Model F 15-30 purchased the tractor from Ray Noel's widow Betty in August 1985 after Ray passed away earlier in the year. Ray purchsed the tractor from Stanley Schuberg of Big Rapids, MI in September 1972. Stanley claimed that this tractor was the last tractor made by the Four Drive Tractor company before the company ceased operations.

 The tractor features a 4-cylinder Waukesha vertical engine.

The owner from Ontario, Canada is a member of the St. Joe Valley Old Engine Association which is located at the southeast corner of M-60 and M-40, near the small town of Jones - about 30 miles southwest of Kalamazoo.  The club holds an annual tractor show the first weekend of August at Jones and celebrated its 45th annual show in 2005.
